What You'll Do
Take ownership of SAP FI/CO solution design within end-to-end S/4HANA transformations. Translate complex financial and controlling requirements into robust, future-ready architectures that align with business objectives and regulatory standards. Lead client-facing workshops to define strategic roadmaps and build consensus on technical direction.
Develop comprehensive solution blueprints and functional specifications to guide implementation teams. Ensure tight integration between FI/CO and other SAP modules—including MM, SD, and PP—as well as external systems. Drive quality assurance by overseeing testing approaches, cutover planning, and go-live support.
Collaborate with presales teams to design solutions, estimate effort, and present proposals to clients. Act as a mentor to SAP consultants, promoting best practices in both technical execution and functional design. Serve as a trusted advisor, interpreting business needs into effective SAP configurations using SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (SAP DRC).
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in SAP FI/CO with a focus on solution architecture and large-scale transformations
- Successfully led at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP DRC for regulatory compliance
- Integration expertise across SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Informatics, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable SAP solutions
- Willingness to travel when required by project needs
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP FI certification
- Ability to align business strategy with technical SAP architecture
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing international, cross-functional teams
- Background in project management or presales activities
- Fluency in English and French; German, Spanish, or Italian are advantageous
