Qualysoft is hiring a SAP FI Functional Consultant

Location: Warsaw, Poland (2–3 days onsite per week) Start: April 2026 Workload: 100% Duration: 3 years Language: Polish and English Project Description For a large SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation program, we are currently looking for experienced SAP FI Functional Consultants (m/f/d) to support a long-term international rollout. Our client in the Energy and Automation sector is implementing a global SAP S/4HANA template, followed by multiple country rollouts across Europe. The consultants will support Retrofit delivery and post-implementation enhancements within the Finance domain. Your Responsibilities Retrofit Delivery & Post-Implementation Enhancements - Execute Retrofit activities for SAP Financial Accounting processes - Analyze gaps identified during the implementation phase - Design and implement enhancement solutions aligned with the global SAP template - Configure SAP FI processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting - Support testing and validation of enhancements Integration & Compliance - Ensure seamless integration between SAP FI and other modules such as CO, SD, and MM - Maintain connectivity between SAP and external financial systems - Ensure compliance with local financial and regulatory requirements Technical Expertise & Support - Provide deep expertise in SAP Financial Accounting processes - Support troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to retrofit activities - Collaborate with technical teams and program stakeholders Documentation & Knowledge Management - Maintain system documentation and configuration records - Support knowledge transfer and process documentation Your Profile - Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP FI - Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollout programs - Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes - Experience working in international SAP transformation programs - Strong analytical and communication skills - Fluent in Polish and English Interested?
