About the Role
The role involves leading SAP FI/CO module configurations, supporting end-to-end implementations, and providing expert guidance to clients while ensuring alignment with business processes and system capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and setup of SAP FI and CO modules
- Collaborate with clients to understand financial reporting needs
- Design solutions that align with organizational accounting practices
- Support integration between FI/CO and other SAP modules
- Conduct system testing and validation for financial processes
- Provide expertise during data migration and system conversions
- Assist in defining chart of accounts structures
- Configure cost centers, profit centers, and internal orders
- Deliver training to client teams on FI/CO functionalities
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
- Participate in blueprinting and requirements gathering sessions
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
- Work closely with technical teams for seamless implementation
- Support user acceptance testing and go-live activities
- Document system configurations and process flows
- Act as a subject matter expert during audits
- Optimize financial closing processes using SAP tools
- Advise on best practices for cost accounting setups
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders in French
- Coordinate with project managers on deliverables
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work packages
- Maintain consistency across global implementation projects
- Contribute to quality assurance in project execution
- Support post-implementation stabilization efforts
