iHerb is hiring a SAP Enterprise Business Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business executives and stakeholders to grasp strategic objectives and convert them into actionable technology roadmaps.
  • Create and manage a long-term enterprise application architecture plan aligned with business demands and industry standards.
  • Lead the full lifecycle design and integration of end-to-end business solutions across ERP, supply chain, finance, and related platforms.
  • Ensure all solutions are scalable, high-performing, secure, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the assessment, selection, and deployment of new technologies to improve business functionality.
  • Develop integration frameworks that enable smooth data flow between ERP and other enterprise systems.
  • Maintain data integrity and process consistency across applications to support unified operations.
  • Act as the main liaison between business units and IT, enabling clear communication and collaboration.
  • Provide technical vision and expertise to promote innovation and ongoing optimization.
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance policies for enterprise solutions.
  • Perform periodic reviews to verify adherence to architectural principles and technology guidelines.
  • Guide multidisciplinary teams through solution design, development, and implementation phases.
  • Coach junior architects and technical personnel to build a culture of growth and innovation.
  • Lead resolution of complex technical issues to minimize operational impact.
  • Ensure return on investment is clearly measured and cross-functional dependencies are accounted for.
  • Chair program steering committee meetings with senior leadership, including director-level and above.
  • Apply functional knowledge in areas such as order management, B2B integration, transportation, procurement, tax, currency, rebates, payments, warehouse management, and demand planning.
  • Work with the Transformation Management Office to establish enterprise-wide architecture standards, integration patterns, and compliance.

Functional/domain experience and/or exposure to some of the following: OMS, B2B, Transportation Management (TM), Procurement (P2P), Tax, Currency, Rebate/Scanback, Payment, WMS, demand forecasting/planning and similar.

Demonstrated experience or familiarity with systems and processes in order management, business-to-business integration, transportation logistics, source-to-pay, tax calculation, currency conversion, rebate processing, payment gateways, warehouse operations, and demand planning.
