Responsibilities
- Operating and administering SAP Cloud ALM
- Monitoring, alerting, and operational transparency
- Incident & problem management support
- Dashboard, KPI, and reporting creation
- Integration into SAP operations and ITSM processes
- Defining operational processes and runbooks
- Coaching and enabling internal colleagues on Cloud ALM topics
Requirements
- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP operations, or monitoring environments
- Understanding of SAP landscapes (on-premise, cloud, hybrid)
- Service-oriented and analytical mindset
- Strong English communication skills
