About the Role
This role is for an SAP ABAP Developer who will design, extend, and maintain custom solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and connected systems. The position involves a mix of new implementations, enhancements, and support work, requiring close collaboration with functional teams and architects to deliver scalable, standards-compliant code. Candidates must be located in the Philippines and available during Australian and New Zealand business hours for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage ABAP components such as reports, BAdIs, exits, OData services, CDS views, workflows, forms, and integration interfaces.
- Build ABAP-driven integrations connecting S/4H/XMLSchema, BTP, CPI, and third-party systems.
- Design CDS views to support both analytical and transactional processes in S/4HANA environments.
- Develop and sustain SAP Fiori applications powered by OData services.
- Interpret business requirements and convert them into robust technical designs.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and resolve defects.
- Assist in S/4HANA system upgrades, version transitions, and technical go-live tasks.
- Adhere to clean-core development practices to reduce custom code impact.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions.
