About the Role

recruit121 seeks an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant/Architect to act as a technical lead, steering project delivery for nearshore and offshore teams. You will make critical technical decisions and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients' SAP landscapes, from established R/3 systems to upcoming S/4HANA transformations.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, translating business requirements into robust SAP architectures, including interfaces and SAP BTP.
  • Conduct technical analyses, migrations, and process optimizations.
  • Support development, take ownership of technical deliverables, and ensure rigorous quality assurance.
  • Advise customers in transformation projects, providing guidance on architecture and key project decisions.
  • Take responsibility for testing and user training.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years experience as an SAP Technical Consultant, SAP Architect, or ABAP Developer with the ambition to become an architect.
  • Proven experience leading and coordinating nearshore and offshore development teams.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes in key SAP logistics modules (SD and MM).
  • A detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven approach.
  • Professional proficiency in both German (C1) and English (C1).
