recruit121 is looking for an SAP ABAP Consultant/Architect to serve as a technical lead for nearshore and offshore teams, helping clients maximize their SAP ERP landscapes. You will guide clients from R/3 systems through upcoming S/4HANA transformations, steering project delivery, making critical technical decisions, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, translating business requirements into comprehensive SAP architectures, including interfaces and SAP BTP.
- Conduct technical analyses, system migrations, and process optimizations.
- Support development, take ownership of technical deliverables, and perform quality assurance.
- Advise clients throughout transformation projects, guiding architecture and key project decisions.
- Take responsibility for testing phases and user training.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Technical Consultant, SAP Architect, or ABAP Developer with the ambition to move into an architect role.
- Proven experience leading nearshore and offshore development teams.
- Knowledge of business processes within SAP logistics modules, specifically SD and MM.
- A detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in both German and English at the C1 level.
