Responsibilities
- Support and uphold the organization's core mission and values
- Maintain consistent, on-time attendance
- Accept incoming samples and input all relevant testing, reporting, and billing details into the system following established procedures
- Correctly manage and route samples for laboratory analysis
- Follow quality documentation such as the Quality Manual and Standard Operating Policies and Procedures
- Process samples according to client-specific instructions
- Use standard office tools such as computers and photocopiers
- Collaborate with technical personnel to meet client requirements for testing, reporting, and billing
- Produce daily reports including department sample schedules and shipping manifests for inter-lab transfers
- Prepare and organize samples for internal processing and external shipment; track all dispatched samples
- Keep records accurate, organized, and up to date
- Archive documentation received with each sample
- Ensure workspace meets cleanliness and safety standards
- Foster positive collaboration with colleagues across departments
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members
- Demonstrate strong typing skills with attention to accuracy and speed
- Perform all tasks following safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Complete additional assigned tasks as needed

- Work schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Operate standard office equipment including computers and copiers
