Eurofins Scientific is hiring a Sample Collector / Phlebotomist (Ad Hoc)

We have a vacancy for a Sample Collector / Phlebotomist to join our Sample Collections team in Bristol and surrounding areas, on an AD HOC/casual basis. Candidates must be professionally qualified Phlebotomists, have recent experience in various venepuncture techniques (predominately vacutainer and butterfly) and be able to collect samples in non-clinical settings. Collection payment: £48.67 per collection Contract Type: Zero hours – as and when required (AD-HOC). Most collection appointments are planned within normal business hours. The Role - Attending pre booked appointments at various locations which will generally be within a 2 hour radius from your home address. - Provide a professional hair, nail, blood and DNA sample collection service. Please note other collection types may be added as per the Lextox product portfolio. - Maintain and develop excellent relationships with clients, donors as the public face of Lextox. - Implement the requirements of the company Quality management System and help maintain ISO17025 accreditation. - Ensure that all collections are undertaken safely following the required operating procedure. - Provide statements to support legal proceedings at point of sample collection. - Completion of all company mandated training.
