Responsibilities

- Conduct system analysis and evaluate technical feasibility for proposed solutions
- Provide guidance on Salesforce configuration, customization, and data migration
- Ensure solutions comply with security, scalability, and performance standards
- Mentor development teams on Salesforce technologies and development patterns
- Participate in agile planning, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement sessions
- Translate business processes into technical workflows within Salesforce
- Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products and cloud services
- Oversee quality assurance and testing processes for implemented solutions
- Document technical designs, data models, and integration architectures
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Salesforce environments
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and platform updates
- Work closely with project managers to define timelines and deliverables
- Support pre-sales activities with technical assessments and solution proposals
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and deployment best practices
