Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud features and workflows.
- Carry out functional, regression, and user acceptance testing phases.
- Develop and implement test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Utilize defect tracking systems such as Jira to log and monitor issues.
- Interact with Salesforce reports and dashboards for validation purposes.
- Verify correctness of data and alignment with business rules.
- Produce test documentation, user guides, and operational procedures using Confluence or comparable tools.
- Collaborate directly with business analysts and development teams.
- Apply sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on precision.
- Support Agile and Scrum project methodologies.
- Leverage in-depth Salesforce expertise including Sales Cloud operations, data structure, security settings, and core administration tasks such as flows, validation rules, page layouts, approval workflows, Apex, and scheduled jobs.
