Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of the Salesforce backlog
- Facilitate request intake from Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams, converting business needs into defined requirements with clear acceptance criteria and prioritization
- Develop, configure, and validate declarative automation using tools like Flow, validation rules, approval processes, and assignment rules
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of AI functionality across the Salesforce environment
- Define the scope of development work requiring Apex coding and integrations in collaboration with Salesforce developers
- Evaluate developer deliverables for alignment with business goals and long-term maintainability
- Determine optimal solutions by assessing what should be handled through configuration versus custom code
- Handle daily administrative tasks including user and license management, security and sharing settings, profiles, permission sets, sandbox strategy, release coordination, and ongoing operational support
- Safeguard the consistency and integrity of the Salesforce data structure
- Ensure the data model remains cohesive by avoiding isolated or ad-hoc changes
- Lead efforts in data deduplication, validation processes, and reporting accuracy
- Serve as the primary contact for all Salesforce-related matters
- Set realistic expectations, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and provide progress updates aligned with automation objectives

Hybrid — available in Berlin, London, Mumbai, and Shanghai
