Responsibilities
- Architect and build full lifecycle Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and platform-native features.
- Lead technical design and development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, and Knowledge modules.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, perform integration testing, assist with user acceptance testing, and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve advanced production issues, improve system performance, and enhance platform reliability.
- Engage in Agile Scrum rituals, interpret user stories, clarify technical requirements, and support planning and estimation activities.
- Guide junior team members, advocate for Salesforce development standards, and help refine coding and DevOps practices.
- Adapt to evolving priorities by taking on new tasks that support project goals and team success.
