ADL was looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Work within the IT team to partner with Marketing, delivering enterprise-level support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and audience management systems.
  • Take ownership of designing, building, testing, and launching multi-channel marketing campaigns and intricate customer journey workflows.
  • Design and execute technical segmentation strategies using SQL, Audience Builder, and CRM data to improve targeting accuracy and personalization.
  • Develop and apply dynamic content and responsive email templates to enhance message relevance and user engagement.
  • Maintain platform reliability, enforce compliance with data privacy laws like CAN-SPAM and GDPR, and ensure consistent data quality practices.
  • Create clear documentation for campaign setups, system processes, and operational workflows to support team growth and knowledge transfer.
  • Evaluate marketing campaign results and deliver data-backed recommendations to boost engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment.
  • Educate and mentor internal users and cross-functional power users on system capabilities, automation best practices, and platform usage.
  • Coordinate with Salesforce support teams to roll out advanced features, system upgrades, and performance enhancements.
  • Engage with business units to refine operational processes, improve data integrity, and align marketing initiatives with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates, new functionalities, and market developments to promote innovation and ongoing optimization.
