- Create and deploy conversational interfaces using Agentforce technology
- Build and refine email automation systems with classification capabilities
- Implement logic for efficient email routing within automated workflows
- Generate automated responses as part of email processing solutions
- Connect Agentforce platforms with CRM systems, APIs, and external services
- Extend and tailor Salesforce features to enable automation use cases
- Track system performance, resolve issues, and enhance agent efficiency and usability
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and development teams
- Engage in Agile rituals and support ongoing process improvements
- Apply best practices for secure, maintainable, and scalable code development
