Achievers is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support our platform and business operations. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce environment to support our team's goals.
What You'll Do
- Administer, configure, and maintain our Salesforce instance
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights to business stakeholders
- Provide user support, training, and troubleshoot platform issues
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core features and configuration
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Work Mode
This role operates on a hybrid schedule, with team members expected to work from our Toronto office for part of the week.
