Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, security settings, and role hierarchies within Salesforce
- Configure and maintain workflows, approval processes, and automation tools
- Support data integrity through regular audits, cleansing, and validation rules
- Collaborate with departments to understand reporting and process needs
- Create and modify reports and dashboards for business units
- Assist in the design and rollout of new Salesforce features
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
- Document system configurations and process changes
- Support integration between Salesforce and other software platforms
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
- Administer Salesforce communities and user portals
- Maintain data import and export processes using data tools
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and data governance standards
- Provide training and guidance to end users
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and new release features
- Assist in managing sandbox environments and deployment pipelines
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for system changes
- Implement and maintain field-level security and sharing rules
- Track and manage system-related requests through a ticketing system
- Support change management processes for system updates
