Role Overview
Arrible is seeking a remote Sales/Business Developer to drive new business opportunities and support existing projects. This role is key to expanding our presence in the game development industry by identifying leads, qualifying clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new projects from scratch and support existing products
- Qualify potential clients and manage lead tracking in CRM (preferably ClickUp)
- Maintain and update the company's database of qualified leads
- Clarify project requirements with clients and provide accurate task estimates
- Participate in planning and architecture design for new projects
- Contribute to mentoring the development team (currently 90% mid-level)
- Generate new business development opportunities through proactive outreach
- Stay updated on technology trends and industry insights
- Collaborate daily with the sales team and submit regular performance reports
Required Qualifications
- English (spoken and written) at least Upper-Intermediate level
- Proven experience in generating high-quality B2B leads
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems for lead management
- Experience with Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Background in outbound sales and client qualification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on Upwork or similar platforms
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and automation tools
- Cold email marketing experience
- Prior work in game development production or B2B game services
