Responsibilities
- Deliver live training sessions and workshops for individuals and groups on sales topics across the entire sales funnel.
- Assess and provide feedback on participants' work, including discovery calls, organization, meeting preparation, demos, and deal reviews.
- Share personal best practices and insights from your own sales experience.
- Provide objective evaluations of each training participant.
- Actively contribute to creating and adapting training content to meet individual needs.
- Maintain close communication with the Academy operations team and company contacts regarding participants' learning progress.
Requirements
- Expert in mid-market or enterprise sales with over 5 years of experience in SaaS, managing the full sales cycle in a high-growth company.
- Experience in sales training or coaching, either as a trainer, coach, or team leader of individual contributors.
- Eager to learn and grow, with a positive, proactive attitude and readiness to tackle new challenges.
- Process-driven and highly organized, with strong prioritization, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and high execution standards.
- Passionate about people and genuinely interested in their stories and development.
- Strong sense of ownership, taking full responsibility for projects and tasks, including those that impact overall mission success.
- Availability to commit at least 3 hours every two weeks for group training formats.
- Fluent in both German and English.

- Mandates typically run for 12 months, though some run for 6, with 1-2 training sessions per month.
- Each mandate combines assessments and training: you'll meet participants 1-2 times a month through a mix of group sessions and 1:1s.

- Availability: Once you take on a mandate, you can commit at least 3 hours every two weeks, the minimum needed for group training formats.
