Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue goals within IT networking and professional audiovisual markets across Taiwan
- Formulate and implement regional strategies to expand market reach and increase sales
- Discover, evaluate, and convert new business prospects in enterprise and commercial sectors
- Develop and manage a consistent and scalable sales pipeline
- Actively generate demand and grow the sales funnel
- Establish strategic partnerships with major enterprise clients, system integrators, and channel partners
- Engage directly with end users to identify business requirements and sales opportunities
- Extend company footprint in current and emerging customer accounts
- Enhance and grow the network of channel partners throughout Taiwan
- Foster productive collaboration with distributors, resellers, and integration partners
- Analyze channel dynamics to detect gaps and leverage growth opportunities
- Position networking and AV technology solutions within client environments
- Collaborate with technical teams and solution engineers on solution design and deployment
- Support customer interactions through presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions
- Coordinate with Asia-Pacific sales teams to align strategies and exchange market intelligence
- Participate in regional sales processes such as pipeline reviews, forecasting, and deal planning
- Utilize regional assets and proven methods to accelerate market development in Taiwan
- Provide actionable feedback on industry trends, customer demands, and competitive activity
- Support the development of market entry strategies and business plans for Taiwan
