About the Role

Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals while implementing strategies to grow client acquisition and retention. Focus on achieving targets, improving team effectiveness, and maintaining alignment with company goals through consistent communication and data-driven planning.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and support sales representatives to meet individual and team objectives
  • Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and close rates
  • Monitor team performance using key metrics and adjust tactics as needed
  • Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to review progress
  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development activities
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outreach campaigns with sales goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts
  • Coach team members on negotiation and relationship-building techniques
  • Respond to client concerns escalated by team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
  • Onboard new sales staff and support integration into the team
  • Track market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare reports on team performance for leadership review
  • Promote a positive and results-driven team culture
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipelines and customer data
  • Assist in refining sales processes to improve efficiency
  • Represent the team in cross-functional planning sessions
  • Set clear expectations and performance benchmarks
  • Evaluate team member performance and provide feedback
  • Support the execution of sales initiatives and promotions
