Responsibilities
- Manage core systems including CPQ, lead and account scoring, data pipelines, and integrations linking Salesforce, Snowflake, and other GTM platforms.
- Oversee end-to-end quote-to-cash operations with configuration of product catalogs, pricing logic, approval workflows, discount controls, and contract automation; collaborate with Finance and Legal on compliance frameworks.
- Develop and maintain scoring models for accounts, leads, and product-led growth activation, aggregating intent signals and syncing scores from Snowflake to Salesforce using reverse ETL processes.
- Orchestrate data movement across systems including Snowflake, Salesforce, NetSuite, Apollo, Unify, and others using Polytomic, Hightouch, and Workato; ensure SLAs, monitoring, and incident response are in place.
- Engineer Salesforce solutions including flows, validation rules, formula fields, custom objects, and Lightning configurations; use Apex when necessary and manage sandbox environments.
- Lead integration initiatives across GTM tools at the API level, building custom connectors when pre-built options do not meet requirements.
- Design and enforce routing logic for accounts and opportunities, including territory assignment, ownership rules, and return on effort policies.
- Construct data models in Snowflake that power reporting for pipeline, forecasting, compensation, and executive dashboards; partner with Analytics on visualization layers.
