Responsibilities
- Manage the rollout and ongoing improvement of AI-powered prospecting tools and custom internal bots, including integrations with Gemini and proprietary coaching assistants.
- Develop, train, and sustain digital training resources powered by artificial intelligence for internal sales enablement.
- Address intricate challenges related to enriching and validating sales data.
- Design and maintain automated workflows that extract data from conference platforms, membership directories, and ProPublica’s XML feeds, syncing updates directly into HubSpot or central databases.
- Lead the configuration and deployment of automated outreach platforms such as RB2B, Instantly, or equivalent in-house tools.
- Use data enrichment platforms like BuiltWith, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay to create, refine, and enhance targeted prospect databases.
- Create and manage data extraction processes for new integration partners, identifying users, importing them into the CRM, enriching records with Nonprofit Software data, and triggering follow-up sequences.
- Act as the primary technical lead and administrator for HubSpot operations.
- Improve lead distribution rules, develop custom lead-scanning tools for events, ensure high data quality, and resolve systemic inefficiencies in sales operations.
- Construct detailed performance dashboards tracking conversion metrics, response speed, and pipeline integrity, while documenting all systems with precise SOPs and technical guides.
