What You'll Do
Take ownership of technical and commercial proposal development for large power transformer service and repair projects in the Germany Region Nord. Collaborate closely with engineering and sales teams to interpret customer needs, shape project offers, and support negotiation processes. Act as a trusted technical advisor during customer interactions, ensuring solutions align with both technical standards and business goals.
Proactively assess market trends and identify opportunities for expansion. Develop and execute strategies to grow market presence, while monitoring project scope changes and addressing risks early. Work across departments to define and implement corrective actions, ensuring project success from initiation through delivery.
Requirements
- Completed degree or advanced vocational training in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field
- Proven experience in technical sales or project management roles
- Solid understanding of high-voltage equipment, particularly transformers
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities with complex stakeholders
- Self-directed work style with high organizational skills
- Demonstrated interest in sales and customer-focused problem solving
