In All Media Inc is hiring a Sales Representative to manage client accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. You will balance maintaining trustful customer relationships with securing payments, contributing directly to our financial operations. What You'll Do

Contact clients to collect outstanding payments.
Communicate patiently and professionally with customers to encourage them to pay their debts.

What We're Looking For

At least 9 months of BPO - Collections experience in International accounts OR at least 1 year of BPO - Sales experience in US accounts.
Proven account management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer service orientation.
Capability to use dialers.

Technical Stack

Operating System: At least Windows 11 OS installed.
Processor: At least a 2.0 GHz, 64-bit processor (Intel Core i5 or higher).
Memory (RAM): Minimum of 8 GB RAM.
Storage: At least 80 GB free hard drive space.
Noise Cancelling Headset with microphone and a webcam.
At least one available USB port.
Internet Connection: Internet access via cable or fiber only (DSL, satellite, or wireless connections are not permitted). Minimum download and upload speed of 75 Mbps. Must be hardwired directly to the PC or laptop (Wi-Fi/wireless not allowed).
