About the Role

The ideal candidate will actively grow market presence by managing existing accounts and securing new placements within retail and on-premise channels. This role requires consistent field work, data tracking, and collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory
  • Maintain and expand relationships with current retail and bar accounts
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to ensure product visibility and placement
  • Submit accurate sales reports and activity summaries weekly
  • Restock and rotate product as needed to maintain shelf presence
  • Communicate customer feedback to internal teams
  • Track inventory levels and place orders in a timely manner
  • Promote new product launches through direct engagement
  • Ensure compliance with pricing and promotional guidelines
  • Collaborate with marketing on local events and sampling initiatives
  • Represent the brand at industry events and partner locations
  • Monitor competitor activity and report market trends
  • Follow up on leads provided by the sales team and distributors
  • Use mobile tools to log visits and sales data
  • Support distributor partners in joint account planning
  • Drive sell-through by training staff on product knowledge
  • Respond to customer inquiries about product availability
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct during field visits
  • Adhere to company policies and safety standards
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Assist in organizing in-store tastings and demos
  • Resolve account issues related to orders or deliveries
  • Provide input on territory strategy based on field insights
  • Stay informed about product formulations and brand messaging
