About the Role
The ideal candidate will actively grow market presence by managing existing accounts and securing new placements within retail and on-premise channels. This role requires consistent field work, data tracking, and collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory
- Maintain and expand relationships with current retail and bar accounts
- Conduct regular in-person visits to ensure product visibility and placement
- Submit accurate sales reports and activity summaries weekly
- Restock and rotate product as needed to maintain shelf presence
- Communicate customer feedback to internal teams
- Track inventory levels and place orders in a timely manner
- Promote new product launches through direct engagement
- Ensure compliance with pricing and promotional guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing on local events and sampling initiatives
- Represent the brand at industry events and partner locations
- Monitor competitor activity and report market trends
- Follow up on leads provided by the sales team and distributors
- Use mobile tools to log visits and sales data
- Support distributor partners in joint account planning
- Drive sell-through by training staff on product knowledge
- Respond to customer inquiries about product availability
- Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct during field visits
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Assist in organizing in-store tastings and demos
- Resolve account issues related to orders or deliveries
- Provide input on territory strategy based on field insights
- Stay informed about product formulations and brand messaging
