Guide students through their first steps with financial markets on demo and real accounts, increase engagement, support them in their practical sessions and more. If you’re passionate about financial markets and sales, and you love working with people while being driven by results, this is the perfect role for you! 🚀 🧠About the Role - Contact new leads and students via calls, messaging apps, email, and other channels - Demonstrate strong knowledge of company and partner products/services - Guide users through account opening and deposit processes on trading platforms - Educate on benefits of real vs. demo accounts to drive conversions - Build trust and motivate students to become active traders - Follow communication standards and approved sales scripts - Accurately manage and update data in the CRM system - Track and respond to student interactions across multiple channels - Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and experts to improve conversion rates - Analyze user behavior and engagement to optimize sales strategies - Provide feedback to enhance student experience and conversion funnel - Conduct group webinars and promote additional products/features - Support various sales and operational tasks within the team
