Responsibilities
- Coordinate initiatives that contribute to revenue by aligning Inside and Field National sales teams, monitoring deadlines, outputs, and follow-up actions to maintain progress
- Serve as a consistent liaison between sales units to ensure alignment on objectives and strategic priorities
- Work with internal departments to identify and resolve obstacles that could delay project timelines
- Assist with initiatives across various business areas, adjusting approach to meet distinct requirements and stakeholder expectations
- Update and manage project tracking tools and performance dashboards, delivering transparent progress reports and flagging potential issues proactively
- Generate summaries and performance data for senior leadership to support informed business decisions
- Assist in planning and facilitating collaborative meetings, documenting outcomes and ensuring follow-through on commitments
- Perform additional tasks as required, based on individual development and role expectations
- Demonstrate alignment with organizational principles and contribute positively to team culture

- Requires a minimum of 12 weeks at part-time status, between 20 and 25 hours per week
- This is an on-site position with no remote option
