About the Role

Assistant Launch is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to standardize our delivery across accounts and create predictable, scalable results. This role is central to building the operational backbone of our sales and client success functions, allowing the founder to focus on strategic growth.

What You'll Do

  • Standardize how the company delivers across accounts through SOPs, KPIs, reporting, and client rhythms.
  • Own playbooks and SOPs for outbound workflows, discovery prep, objection handling, client-call agendas, handoffs, and QA standards.
  • Build the KPI and reporting system: define per-client targets, build dashboards and scorecards, and lock in reporting cadences.
  • Run the client success rhythm: lead weekly or bi-weekly client calls, drive clear action plans, surface risks, and keep renewals on track.
  • Perform quality control by reviewing call snippets and sequences, flagging coaching needs, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring standards are met.
  • Handle light people management for ~5 direct reports, covering scheduling, throughput, QA, and accountability; escalate skill gaps.
  • Maintain a hiring bench by keeping a pipeline of reps warm and coordinating trial tasks and onboarding checklists.
  • Ship a clean, on-time monthly narrative that ties work to outcomes like wins, pipeline, lessons, and next plays.
  • Build an enablement library: turn processes into checklists, templates, and short loom videos for plug-and-play onboarding.
  • Create value-add content like a simple newsletter or blog to showcase results and insights for clients and prospects.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–7+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or Client Success, with multi-client or agency environment experience preferred.
  • Proven experience building SOPs, KPI frameworks, and reporting systems that actually get used.
  • Comfortable leading client calls and running a tight weekly or bi-weekly cadence across multiple accounts.
  • Strong written summarization skills—ability to turn noise into an executive-ready story.
  • Must be located in North or South America.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to the energy or oil & gas technology sector.
  • Experience building enablement libraries and onboarding paths for sales reps.
  • Background coordinating hiring pipelines and running trial tasks.

Team & Environment

This is an operations-first role requiring strong sales literacy. You will provide light people management for ~5 direct reports, escalating any deep skill gap coaching to the owner. You will report directly to the CEO.
