Responsibilities
- Utilize expertise in SaaS financial metrics such as annual recurring revenue, upsell rates, churn, and renewals to guarantee Salesforce captures essential data for executive financial insights
- Evaluate sales funnel performance to uncover ways to boost conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness
- Develop and manage reliable sales pipeline reports and interactive dashboards
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of sales orders from quoting to cash recognition
- Collaborate with sales to handle customer software license setup and activation
- Manage CRM automation workflows and enhance data quality within the system
- Provide frontline support to sales representatives, assisting with structuring complex deals
- Partner with sales and marketing to align go-to-market operations and strategies
- Assist in implementing new sales approaches, pricing models, and market launch initiatives
- Maintain clean CRM data and consistent reporting across integrated platforms
- Establish standardized definitions, reporting practices, and KPIs across teams
- Document and maintain operational procedures and policies for ongoing reference
