Responsibilities
- Lead regular sales operations cycles, including weekly forecasting and pipeline reviews with sales leadership.
- Establish and maintain a consistent weekly operations rhythm with standardized performance metrics.
- Define and enforce clear sales stage criteria, progression requirements, and data completeness standards.
- Develop trusted sales reports and dashboards covering pipeline health, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, cycle times, and leading indicators.
- Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Operations to align on definitions and ensure reporting integrity for planning purposes.
- Ensure partner channel reporting is accurate, delivered on time, and reliable for decision-making.
- Improve CRM data quality by identifying and resolving critical data issues related to ownership, stage, value, close date, product, region, and source.
- Create training materials to support long-term adoption of sales processes and systems.
- Manage the Deal Desk process, including workflow design, discounting policies, and approval workflows.
- Standardize quote and order documentation to streamline contracting, billing, and downstream operations.
- Balance speed and control in sales processes while maintaining auditability.
- Support go-to-market strategies by managing territory and account assignments.
- Assist in defining lead routing rules and monitor compliance with service level agreements.
- Track monthly pipeline generation against targets, identify gaps early, and escalate risks.
