Roo is hiring a Sales Operations Manager

About the Role

This role is responsible for optimizing sales workflows, providing data-driven insights, and enabling the sales team with tools and reporting to improve productivity and forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics and sales dashboards
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to implement operational improvements
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support the rollout and adoption of CRM systems and sales technologies
  • Coordinate sales forecasting and pipeline review cycles
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across sales platforms
  • Lead special projects related to sales strategy and execution
  • Work closely with finance and marketing teams on revenue planning
  • Standardize sales documentation and reporting practices
  • Evaluate sales performance against targets and KPIs
  • Assist in designing incentive compensation plans
  • Manage onboarding and training for new sales operations tools
  • Troubleshoot operational issues impacting sales productivity
  • Provide analytical support for executive-level decision-making
  • Track and report on sales team activity and conversion metrics
  • Improve forecasting accuracy through data modeling and validation
  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales tech stack capabilities
  • Support integration of new tools into existing workflows
  • Ensure compliance with internal data governance policies
  • Facilitate communication between sales and back-office functions
  • Document operational procedures and update as needed
  • Assist in quarterly business reviews with sales leadership
