Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 to 5 or more years in sales operations, sales support, or business operations roles
- Background in business analysis
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Sugar
- Ability to interpret data and translate user needs into system improvements that support business objectives
- Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and capacity to influence key decisions
- Demonstrated involvement in cross-functional initiatives or complex projects
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of accuracy, organizational ability, and time management
- Self-driven with a focus on precision and follow-through
- Creative and analytical approach to solving challenges and executing plans
- Superior organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
