Responsibilities
- Evaluate key performance indicators such as pipeline strength, bookings, customer retention, product engagement, and annual recurring revenue trends to uncover risks and growth opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth cohort, segmentation, and sales funnel analyses to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead the development and upkeep of executive dashboards using platforms like Salesforce, Look游戏副本, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Generate recurring business summaries including weekly reviews, monthly KPI reports, and materials for senior leadership and board-level presentations.
- Assist in the sales forecasting process and uphold accuracy and consistency of sales data within the CRM system.
- Develop and refine predictive models used for capacity planning, sales representative productivity, territory effectiveness, and quota assignments.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and product operations teams to align data systems and streamline workflows across platforms such as Salesforce, Pendo, Gainsight, Marketo, and Snowflake.
- Establish and enforce standardized data definitions and reporting practices across departments to ensure accurate end-to-end sales funnel tracking.
- Deliver actionable insights to guide go-to-market planning, including quota design, territory structuring, and workforce planning.
- Assess the effectiveness of new operational processes and sales enablement initiatives.
- Monitor key performance metrics, detect breakdowns in go-to-market processes, and suggest improvements to boost efficiency and output.
- Respond promptly to urgent analytical requests from senior executives with detailed reports on win rates, product performance, average selling price, churn causes, and other strategic topics.
