Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales execution
  • Enhance team performance via coaching and performance management
  • Streamline and improve sales workflows for efficiency
  • Develop scalable systems to support sales team expansion
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a results-driven sales team
  • Define KPIs, quotas, activity benchmarks, and performance standards
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, pipeline evaluations, call audits, and performance feedback
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative sales culture
  • Oversee end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, qualification, demos, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing
  • Create and refine strategies to boost conversion rates, pipeline speed, and revenue outcomes
  • Evaluate sales metrics to detect inefficiencies, growth opportunities, and performance issues
  • Manage onboarding and ramp-up programs for new sales hires
  • Train team members on sales methodologies, objection handling, communication techniques, and CRM usage
  • Continuously refine sales scripts, playbooks, outreach content, and processes
  • Ensure team maintains up-to-date knowledge of products and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and leadership teams
  • Align lead generation, messaging, pipeline health, and customer journey
  • Facilitate smooth transitions between sales and delivery functions
  • Monitor and manage sales pipelines on a daily basis
  • Track close rates, deal movement, forecast precision, and rep activity levels
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and consistent pipeline tracking
