Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the Japan sales team, one of the company's most promising regions, while personally closing key enterprise deals
- Report directly to the Japan Sales and Partnerships Director and work closely with regional leadership
- Recruit, coach, and develop a team of Senior Account Executives, ensuring strong performance and growth
- Design and implement territory and account strategies targeting enterprise clients across Japan for both personal and team portfolios
- Drive new business growth individually and through team efforts, including direct sales and collaboration with channel partners
- Collaborate with local SDR, partner sales, and marketing teams to maximize pipeline creation and conversion rates
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, helping them unlock value through automation and integration solutions
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and manage pipeline health for both individual and team-level opportunities

- Seeking a Sales Manager for the Strategic Sales team to join a growing team in Japan
- Primary responsibilities include:
- Lead and scale the Japan sales team while personally driving strategic enterprise deals
- Report directly to the Japan Sales & Partnerships Director and collaborate closely with regional leadership
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives with coaching, guidance, and performance oversight
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies targeting enterprise customers across Japan for both team and personal portfolios
- Drive new business acquisition as an individual contributor and through team efforts, including direct sales and partner-led models
- Work closely with local SDR, partner sales, and marketing teams to maximize pipeline generation and conversion
- Act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives, helping them realize the full potential of automation and integration
- Manage accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking for both personal and team performance
- Establish and refine sales processes to ensure consistency and scalability as the team expands
応募要件
- Qualifications, experience, and technical skills required
- 8–12 years of enterprise software sales experience in technology, preferably with SaaS or PaaS vendors
- 2–5 years of hands-on sales management experience with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
- Consistent history of exceeding individual and team sales quotas
- Proven ability to win new enterprise business and close complex, strategic deals
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or Solution Selling
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex organizational structures, including C-level executives in mid-to-large enterprises
- Soft skills and personal attributes
- A strong advocate for customer needs and capable of representing the customer internally
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong logical and analytical thinking
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively under pressure
- High collaboration skills, adaptability in fast-changing environments, and passion for driving impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese; English proficiency is a strong plus
