Irca Group is hiring a Sales Manager, Small & Mid-Sized Businesses (West Territory, USA)

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute strategic sales initiatives and forecasts aligned with corporate goals by evaluating market dynamics and growth prospects while managing team budgets responsibly.
  • Build and maintain key partnerships with industrial clients and collaborators to expand revenue opportunities.
  • Identify customer challenges and align product solutions to generate new sales avenues.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Innovation departments to create client engagement strategies that meet financial and performance targets.
  • Lead the promotion and execution of all product line sales within the assigned territory.
  • Spend dedicated time on-site training and supporting distributor representatives, end users, and manufacturing clients as needed.
  • Negotiate and roll out sales and marketing programs in coordination with customers.
  • Produce recurring sales reports detailing sales volume, future opportunities, and growth areas using data analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and manage the sales pipeline using a CRM system.
  • Continuously plan and forecast product inventory flow to meet market demand.
  • Analyze account performance and manage territory-related expenses.
  • Deliver regular updates on sales performance and emerging opportunities to the VP of Sales.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment with peer sales representatives and internal support teams.
