Kody is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth by leading business development efforts, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. This role is crucial for our expansion.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base
- Lead sales strategies and campaigns to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Understand Kody's products and services to effectively communicate their value
- Build, coach, and mentor a small team of Sales Executives where applicable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Report regularly on pipeline, sales forecasts, and performance metrics
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales and business development
- Proven negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Based in the UK, with valid right to work
