About the Role

We are seeking a driven sales professional (German-speaking) (m/f/d) for selling a comprehensive software package specifically designed for craft businesses in Germany. Our product assists businesses in enhancing their visibility, developing digital processes, and dramatically simplifying customer communication (website, Google profile, CRM, automations, etc.). We are a young Berlin-based company with satisfied recurring customers, possessing case studies, testimonials, and proven scripts, and now aim to resolve the sales bottleneck and expand our customer base. ______Target Group: Craft businesses in Germany ______Compensation: Up to **760 Euros per qualified meeting** that leads to a closure (low effort, success not entirely in one's hands) Up to **1750 Euros per personal closure** when managing the entire sales process (higher effort, success completely in one's hands) **Additional high earning potential** through up and cross-selling______ Tasks - Selling SaaS and AI telephone agent solutions specifically for German craft businesses - Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through consistent communication and meetings Qualifications - Excellent German language skills, written and spoken - Minimum 3 years sales experience, preferably in software or digital services - Basic technical understanding and digital affinity - Independent and self-responsible work approach Benefits What awaits you: - Pre-qualified leads and personal phone number - Proven scripts and coaching - Closure-oriented conversations: successful meeting scheduling often takes 5-10 minutes, personal closures typically require 30-40 minutes - Clearly structured process, CRM system, templates, and technical support provided - Remote and flexible working Collaboration: - Long-term perspective - Remote and flexible (best availability between 9-17 on workdays) - For sales personalities seeking scalable success ______What we are not seeking: - Call center approaches without genuine customer interest - "Consultants" unable to achieve closures ______Interested?
