Beutler Saghari & Partner GmbH is hiring a Sales Manager (m/w/d) for a client in the financial services industry. This role offers significant scope for design, allowing you to shape your sales approach, and can be performed fully remotely.
What You'll Do
- Perform active lead generation and further develop the sales funnel
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships at the decision-maker level
- Plan and conduct customer meetings, including closing negotiations
- Analyze market and competitor data to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain and strategically use the CRM for targeted sales activities
- Develop and implement campaigns for lead generation and customer retention
- Support external presence, for example through presentations or content contributions
What We're Looking For
- Several years of professional experience in B2B sales
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and pronounced negotiation competence
- A structured, independent way of working and high self-motivation
- High customer orientation and a feel for different target groups
- Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
Nice to Have
- Experience in the financial services, accounting, or FinTech sector
