Music Evolved Records is hiring a Sales Manager (m/w/d) in StartUp (100% Remote)

About the Role

Prematch, a fast-growing EdTech startup, is looking for a Sales Manager (m/w/d) to join our small, dedicated team. In this role, you will combine sales responsibilities with educational consulting, directly advising prospective participants and helping shape the company's growth as we build from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate sales KPIs, derive suggestions for improvement, and present ideas directly to the CEO.
  • Design and implement new processes or own projects with creative freedom.
  • Provide specialized consultation to prospective participants about further education opportunities and help them find the right professional path.
  • Assist participants with applying for the 'Bildungsgutschein' (education voucher) and handle communication with the employment agency.
  • Maintain structured documentation as a certified education provider and contribute to optimizing processes.

  • A strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with comfort in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Empathy and customer orientation; you enjoy understanding people, have no fear of customer contact, and take pleasure in accompanying participants.
  • An analytical and creative mindset, combining good numerical understanding with creative ideas and solution orientation.
  • Initiative; the ability to work independently, proactivity, and an active drive to contribute to building the company.
  • Fluent German language skills.

Nice to Have

  • Additional language skills, particularly English or Russian/Ukrainian.

You will be part of a 1-10 person team and report directly to the CEO.

Work Mode
