Tasks • Sales & KPI Reporting: Monitor sales metrics, analyze and evaluate data, derive improvement suggestions, and directly present insights to leadership • Creative Scope: Whether reporting, process development, or personal projects – you'll have freedom to innovate and proactively drive initiatives • Professional Consulting: Individually advise prospects and participants on advanced learning opportunities, helping them discover optimal career paths • Process Support: Assist participants with educational voucher applications and manage communication with employment agencies • Documentation: As a certified educational provider, you'll maintain structured documentation and contribute to optimizing organizational workflows Qualifications • Analytical & Creative: Combine strong numerical understanding with creating meaningful evaluations, deriving substantive decisions, and developing solution-oriented approaches that demonstrate measurable progress • Responsibility: Embrace ownership of tasks and thrive in a startup environment • Empathy & Customer Focus: Ability to understand people, comfortable with client interactions, and excited about participant support • Proactivity: Work independently, demonstrate initiative, and actively contribute to organizational development • Language Skills: Fluent German.
