Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Data & Analytics, and Marketing to shape client-specific strategies.
- Adapt priorities dynamically in response to evolving information while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.
- Safeguard and expand key client relationships through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Engage in active listening to identify client needs, uncover opportunities, and propose targeted solutions.
- Adjust service delivery to meet individual client demands while upholding company standards and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain consistent communication with accounts, including organizing and participating in meetings, reviews, and client engagements.
- Stay informed about industry developments and assess their implications for the business and clients.
- Conduct quality assurance on pre-campaign materials as part of media planning.
- Create comprehensive media plans using input from Sales, detailing budget distribution and strategic direction.
- Oversee the development and assembly of creative assets and other campaign setup components.
- Handle the deployment and management of creative tracking tags.
- Support campaign launch activities, including providing visual confirmations when required.
- Ensure proper configuration of client reporting systems.
- Track campaign progress and performance metrics regularly.
- Initiate requests for increased campaign weight when performance and strategy align.
- Lead post-campaign analysis by delivering performance reports and actionable insights.
- Coordinate the renewal of standard ongoing campaigns.
- Manage client relationship data and workflows using Salesforce CRM.
- Oversee insertion order processes and maintain awareness of the sales pipeline.
- Perform booking reconciliations as necessary.
- Assist in resolving billing inquiries through investigation and coordination.
- Implement and debug tracking pixels to ensure accurate measurement.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Tag Management Systems such as Google Tag Manager and Tealium.
- Troubleshoot technical campaign issues in collaboration with technology teams.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings, activation requirements, and competitive advantages.
