About the Role

Drive revenue and market expansion in Romania as a key player in digital advertising sales. You will manage a portfolio of existing clients while actively pursuing new business, focusing on understanding client goals and crafting customized digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and strengthen client relationships by identifying evolving needs and proposing relevant, data-informed advertising solutions.
  • Generate new sales through strategic outreach, persuasive presentations, and consultative conversations—both remotely and in person.
  • Lead client meetings and pitch sessions with confidence, tailoring communication to different stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams across regions and functions to align solutions with client expectations and company capabilities.
  • Represent the brand at conferences, industry events, and networking forums to increase visibility and open new doors.
  • Stay current with digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices through ongoing learning and team knowledge sharing.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying core values and promoting a culture of integrity and innovation in all client interactions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising technology, or a related tech-driven sector.
  • Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a comparable field—equivalent hands-on experience is equally valued.
  • Proven ability to present complex ideas clearly and negotiate effectively in high-stakes environments.
  • Structured, results-focused mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills—you connect easily with others, listen actively, and build trust over time.
  • Fluent in both Romanian and English, with the ability to communicate professionally in writing and speech.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn in a rapidly changing, high-energy environment.
