What You'll Do
- Develop and strengthen client relationships by identifying evolving needs and proposing relevant, data-informed advertising solutions.
- Generate new sales through strategic outreach, persuasive presentations, and consultative conversations—both remotely and in person.
- Lead client meetings and pitch sessions with confidence, tailoring communication to different stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams across regions and functions to align solutions with client expectations and company capabilities.
- Represent the brand at conferences, industry events, and networking forums to increase visibility and open new doors.
- Stay current with digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices through ongoing learning and team knowledge sharing.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising technology, or a related tech-driven sector.
- Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a comparable field—equivalent hands-on experience is equally valued.
- Proven ability to present complex ideas clearly and negotiate effectively in high-stakes environments.
- Structured, results-focused mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills—you connect easily with others, listen actively, and build trust over time.
- Fluent in both Romanian and English, with the ability to communicate professionally in writing and speech.
