About the Role
Lead and expand sales operations in European markets by leveraging bilingual communication skills and building strong client partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet regional targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in European territories
- Conduct client meetings and presentations in both English and a European language
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Report on sales performance and pipeline metrics
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Support onboarding of new clients post-sale
- Coordinate with customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Train junior sales staff on best practices
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Adapt sales strategies based on regional feedback
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Ensure compliance with international sales regulations
