We Encourage You to Apply
You may not check every preferred box, and that is okay! Candidates may come from B2C or inside sales leadership, enrollment or admissions sales, contact center sales, consumer services, professional education, or other consumer-facing sales environments where they have been accountable for developing people and delivering measurable results. HubSpot experience is preferred, but experience with Salesforce or another comparable CRM can translate well. This role does require recent experience directly leading or coaching frontline sales professionals. If your background has primarily focused on sales operations, CRM administration, analytics, reporting, or enablement without hands-on responsibility for developing a sales team and influencing its performance, this may not be the right opportunity. Because our sales teams operate nationally across multiple time zones, this role also requires flexibility. Consumer sales activity does not always fit neatly within traditional business hours, and there may be times when the team needs leadership support during evenings, weekends, or other high-demand periods. If you enjoy developing people, digging into the numbers to understand what is happening, helping experienced sellers get even better, and jumping in when your team needs you, we would love to hear from you.
