Responsibilities
- Proactively sell Foundation Health’s services to businesses and community partners
- Develop and manage referral relationships with clinics and healthcare providers
- Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, in-person visits) to generate new opportunities
- Build contacts within hospitals and healthcare networks
- Establish long-term relationships with local businesses and organizations
- Track outreach, pipeline, and results using a CRM
- Represent Foundation Health at meetings and networking opportunities
- Identify new partnership opportunities to expand referral sources
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfort with cold calling and in-person outreach
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to travel regularly for meetings and outreach
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Nice to Have
- Experience selling within the medical or healthcare field, or working with clinics/hospitals
