Foundation Health is hiring a Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Proactively sell Foundation Health’s services to businesses and community partners
  • Develop and manage referral relationships with clinics and healthcare providers
  • Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, in-person visits) to generate new opportunities
  • Build contacts within hospitals and healthcare networks
  • Establish long-term relationships with local businesses and organizations
  • Track outreach, pipeline, and results using a CRM
  • Represent Foundation Health at meetings and networking opportunities
  • Identify new partnership opportunities to expand referral sources

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Comfort with cold calling and in-person outreach
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to travel regularly for meetings and outreach
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling within the medical or healthcare field, or working with clinics/hospitals
