Drive revenue growth through intelligent sales execution. As a Sales Executive based in Mexico City, you’ll lead end-to-end sales initiatives for a forward-thinking organization, owning the hunt-to-close process from prospecting to deal closure. You'll leverage cutting-edge AI tools and automation platforms to identify high-intent leads, streamline outreach, and maximize time on strategic activities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle sales efforts, targeting high-value opportunities and activating new revenue channels
- Use predictive analytics and AI-driven tools to prioritize prospects and refine outreach strategies
- Design and test high-conversion messaging across multiple channels using A/B-tested frameworks
- Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline to ensure consistent 3x–4x forecast coverage
- Collaborate with marketing to strengthen inbound lead flow and campaign effectiveness
- Identify conversion barriers and implement responsive adjustments to maintain forecast accuracy
- Take ownership of P&L outcomes for assigned initiatives, driving measurable financial impact
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of proven success in high-performance sales environments, consistently exceeding $1M+ in annual recurring revenue targets
- Strong command of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, with experience building automated workflows and sequences
- Experience applying consultative selling techniques to complex, strategic deals
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools like Clay, Apollo, Jasper, Gong, or ChatGPT is a strong advantage
- Background in SaaS, FinTech, or AI-driven service offerings preferred
