Gravie is hiring a Sales Executive (Level-Funded & ICHRA) for Philadelphia or PA

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass sales targets for new business within the designated region and product lines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local brokers and consultants to generate ongoing quoting activity.
  • Seek out and engage new prospects among small and mid-sized employer groups.
  • Deliver customized, persuasive product demonstrations and proposals based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support efficient quoting, underwriting, and client onboarding.
  • Keep comprehensive, up-to-date records of sales pipeline, activities, and forecasts in CRM tools.
  • Remain informed about industry developments, competitive products, and regulatory updates related to level-funded and ICHRA solutions.

Compensation

Base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a high variable uncapped commission structure.

  • The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually plus high variable uncapped commission.
