Responsibilities
- Achieve or surpass sales targets for new business within the designated region and product lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local brokers and consultants to generate ongoing quoting activity.
- Seek out and engage new prospects among small and mid-sized employer groups.
- Deliver customized, persuasive product demonstrations and proposals based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support efficient quoting, underwriting, and client onboarding.
- Keep comprehensive, up-to-date records of sales pipeline, activities, and forecasts in CRM tools.
- Remain informed about industry developments, competitive products, and regulatory updates related to level-funded and ICHRA solutions.
Compensation
Base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a high variable uncapped commission structure.
